Añejos
Añejo means "connected," which describes the processing of the flavors. The flavors are infused and developed by resting for one to three years. This group is great for sipping as it offers the most intricate flavor profiles and the most woody flavors. They are comparable to fine bourbons and cognacs. Choose 3 for your Añejo flight.

Reposados
Reposado means "rested," which refers to its aging process. This group can be aged for two months to one year in wood barrels. They offer mellow characteristics of wood and, as it ages, other flavor notes develop, creating more lingering flavors compared to the younger Blancos. Choose 3 for your Reposado flight.
